The 2017 Rose Bowl between Penn State and USC was like a real-life version of Super Tecmo Bowl -- so someone decided to make it into the classic sports video game.
While it ended in 52-49 heartbreak loss for the Nittany Lions, the high-powered contest in Pasadena was a pure joy for both fanbases to watch, as well as a national audience who enjoys consuming touchdowns, touchdowns and more touchdowns.
Couldn't get much more enjoyable, right?
Well, our friend, Kyle Mac, recreated the Rose Bowl as a Super Tecmo Bowl game. And it's fun as heck.
You'll recall Kyle gave the same Super Tecmo Bowl treatment to the Big Ten championship last December, when Penn State (11-3) put up eye-popping offensive numbers to defeat Wisconsin.
The Saquon Barkley 79-yard touchdown scamper, Super Tecmo Bowl-ized, is worth the watch alone.
