The Clemson Tigers are your 2018-19 College Football Playoff national champions.

The Tigers steamrolled Alabama 44-13, to win their second title in three years and third overall.

Trevor Lawrence was absolutely terrific for the Tigers, going 20-32 for 347 yards and three touchdowns. Travis Etienne added 86 yards and two scores on the ground.

Tua Tagovailoa had his worst game of the season for the Crismon Tide, going 22-34 for 295 yards, two touchdowns, and two picks. The fact that that was his worst game of the season says a lot about how good he is.

Alabama and Clemson are expected to compete for a spot in next year's College Football Playoff, with both Lawerence and Tagovailoa set to return for their respective teams.
