USC quarterback JT Daniels is done for the year after suffering a torn ACL and meniscus in the Trojans' 31-23 win over Fresno State on Saturday night.

Daniels was carted off the field in the second quarter after going down awkwardly on a sack. He eventually returned to the sideline in street clothes and on crutches.

The Trojans are already thin at quarterback following backup Jack Sears' entrance into the Transfer Portal last week. It's unknown if he will return and re-enter his name in the quarterback battle. Junior Matt Fink is expected to take the reigns going forward.
