Florida quarterback Feleipe Franks is out for the rest of the season, per Gators head coach Dan Mullen.
Franks went down awkwardly on a quarterback keeper while trying to lead the Gators to a comeback at Kentucky. Mullen said the Gators medical staff is "pretty certain there was a break with the dislocation." He was carted off the field soon after.
He was replaced by Kyle Trask, who led Florida back from a 21-10 deceipt at the time of the injury to Franks and kept them in the top-10 of the latest AP Poll.
Franks, who has started 24 games over the past three years, will be a fifth-year senior in 2020.
Get well soon, Feleipe!
