Michigan wide receiver Tarik Black will transfer to Texas, per his Twitter.
A four-star prospect in 2017, Black saw the field immediately in Ann Arbor, but a foot injury limited him to just three games. He again struggled with injuries as a sophomore, appearing in just six games and catching just four balls. Finally healthy last season, he registered 25 catches for 323 yards in 12 games. He finishes his Michigan career with 40 catches for 507 yards and two scores.
Black should quickly rise to the top of the Texas wide receiver room that loses it's two top pass catchers from last season.
He will be eligible immediately as a graduate transfer and will be able to play two seasons for the Longhorns.
