The formerly known Belk Bowl officially has a new sponsor and man, is it a wild one. The Charlotte-based bowl game will now bear the name of Duke's Mayonaise.

Duke's Mayo is the fourth sponsor of the bowl since it's inception in 2002 when it was Continental Tire Bowl. It was named the Meinecke Car Care Bowl from 2004-2010, before becoming the Belk Bowl in 2011.

The Duke's Mayo Bowl will be between an ACC and Big Ten opponent, after being an ACC-SEC bowl game for the past few seasons. Kentucky won the Belk Bowl last season, defeating Virginia Tech 37-30.
