Trevor Lawrence is the most visible college football player and on Thursday night, it was announced he has tested positive for Covid-19. Per a statement by Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney, Lawrence is experiencing mild symptoms.
Per the ACC protocol, any player that tests positive must remain isolated for 10 days after a positive test. The Tigers play No. 4 Notre Dame in nine days.

Shortly after the news broke, Trevor Lawrence released a statement via Twitter.
This is easily the biggest name in college sports who has confirmed a positive Covid-19 test. How this plays out in the next week will be something to watch, but here's to hoping for a speedy recovery.
