Man that was so tough to watch at the end. I would like to formally apologize to my father, who I convinced to watch the game starting at around 2:00 to go in regulation.

But really, I got here nice and early to watch this comments section.

Oof this one hurt in an unexpected way

No offense, but that's on you. Everyone should know by now to expect the unexpected, especially in painful ways, with PSU basketball.

Sometimes you expect nothing and yet you are still disappointed.

I guess the unexpected part was step 2. step 1 is going down 15+ to a ranked team, step 3 is losing. Maybe we have fruitless comebacks more often than I realize.

Strongly disagree. As a Flyers fan, this is a very specific and real feeling Craig is describing. One where you know you will be disappointed, but they still find a way to make it sting anyway.

Great effort to come back from the early first half deficit.  It's a shame that they didn't get that call or have anything left in overtime.  The team definitely hasn't given up, and hopefully they are rewarded soon with a win.

Imagine if a 40-foot prayer before the half had stayed out!
