Now that it's abruptly over, I guess we should talk about his career as a whole.
The thing I'm most curious to see is if anything he did sticks. In other words, he clearly elevated the recruiting and just the overall ability of the program over his tenure. Do you think the changes he made and the connections he built will end up all being for naught and a new head coach is going to start from scratch as he did? Or will what he did actually have a lasting impact?
Or perhaps most importantly, does the AD even care enough to hire a coach that will attempt to build on his efforts?
