The conversation went something like this:
"Honey, I need to front [undisclosed but significant amount] for shirts."
"Shirts? For what?"
"Uh, the blog. They're blog shirts."
"For the blog you idiots just started?"
The shirts arrived, courtesy of our man Mitchell at Humbly Made. They were amazing. Light, durable, and ridiculously comfortable. The rest of the RLR staff had to wait a few days, but theirs just showed up in the mail. Click through the unfiltered verdict, straight from the RLR Slack:
High quality stuff, friends.
September in Pennsylvania means tailgating for Penn State football games in short sleeves -- seriously, check the long-range forecast. What better way to do that than with Roar Lions Roar shirts? If you order this week, we can get them to you in time for the Kent State game. Visit STORE LIONS STORE and get yours now.
They are that soft and amazing. The tags are printed inside the back collar. These aren’t mass-produced Café Press designs on clunky, scratchy Beefy Tees. Yes, they’re a little expensive, but we used the very best product we could find. Indeed, you will want to make pillows out of them.
Here’s the catch: quantities and sizes are limited. We only ordered 50 of each design and the Bunch of Fighters shirt will be discontinued once they’re gone. Our tremendously handsome and talented designer, Sean at Superboss, has much more in store for you as we grow.
I'm typing this in all-caps to magically compel you to click the link: STORE LIONS STORE.
Sincere thanks to everyone who has supported us so far, whether you’re a lurker, commenter, or a super-fantastic person that bought our gear. You are beautiful people, every last one of you.
