It is not yet official, but second overall pick Saquon Barkley is expected to earn the second highest guaranteed figure for a running back in NFL history. Rookie contracts are largely set by the collective bargaining agreement between the league and the Player's Association.
Barkley, along with Mike Gesicki (second round, Miami), and Christian Campbell (sixth round, Arizona) are the three remaining unsigned rookies.
20 former Nittany Lions, six drafted, and 14 undrafted free agents, will be taking part in their first rookie minicamps over the coming days.
