Saquon Barkley got paid, folks.

Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Penn State's former superstar running back officially came to terms with the New York Giants Sunday, signing a gigantic, fully guaranteed four-year deal worth $31.2 million.

Barkley's contract will include a $20.76 million signing bonus with $15 million paid out immediately, which according to Rapoport, is the highest allotted amount given out in some time. He'll receive rest of his bonus in October. This deal is the largest of any of the members of the 2018 draft class thus far.

Though Barkley has yet to play in a single NFL snap, he'll become the fourth-highest paid running back in the league in terms of average salary, behind the likes of Pittsburgh's Le'Veon Bell, Atlanta's Devonta Freeman, and Buffalo's LeSean McCoy. The timing is especially fitting, as Barkley is scheduled to report to Giants' rookie camp today -- nine practices of which are open to the public.

Roc Nation's Kimberly Miale, Barkley's agent, wasted no time in showing support for her newest highly lucrative client.

Fans are looking forward to seeing Barkley in action on the biggest stage in football, and they may see him take his first official, in-game snap as soon as August 9, as the Giants have a date with the Cleveland Browns. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m.
