Former Penn State wide receiver Chris Godwin broke out in his third NFL season. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers star debuted on the NFL Top-100 list at No. 38. Godwin joins Allen Robinson as the second Nittany Lion wide receiver to appear on the Top-100 list.
In 2019, Godwin became a star and totaled 1333 yards receiving with nine touchdowns. Playing alongside Mike Evans (No. 30 on the NFL Top-100), Godwin now gets the chance to play with future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady in 2020.
In just three seasons with the Nittany Lions, Godwin had an impressive 2421 yards, which ranks him 4th all-time in program history. The Buccaneers selected him in the 3rd round (84th overall) in the 2017 NFL Draft.
