The Nittany Lions will have six rookies taking the field this weekend, with former walk-on Dan Chisena being the biggest surprise. Chisena bounced between safety and receiver during training camp but regardless of the position, it's fair to say the Vikings expect him to be a key special teamer.

Blake Gillikin was originally on the Saints' 53-man roster but was put on the IR on Wednesday with a back injury. Being able to punt, kick, and hold gives him more value than your average specialist when he does return. Tommy Stevens has switched to tight end, a position he'll have time to learn on the Saints' practice squad.

Jason Cabinda is giving offense a try with the Lions and is expected to start at fullback. A three-year starter at linebacker in Happy Valley, Cabinda was a spectacular running back in high school, so it shouldn't be too big an adjustment.

Shareef Miller has latched on with the former Penn State player Matt Rhule and the Carolina Panthers. He's once again sharing a position room with Yetur Gross-Matos.
