D1 Circuit's Alec Kinsky interviewed Pat Chambers' lone 2018 recruit, Myles Dread (Washington, DC), at EYBL Atlanta this week. Dread compared the intensity and talent of the EYBL event to his home league, the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference, which is arguably the best high school basketball league in the nation. 

2019 tight end offer times two

James Franklin spent Wednesday offering two of the best tight ends in the nation for the class of 2019. Five-star Hudson Henry (Little Rock, AK) is the the No. 2 tight end and younger brother of Hunter Henry, who currently plays for the San Diego Chargers. Four-star Austin Stogner (Plano, TX) is the No. 3 tight end, and sports offers from Notre Dame, Michigan, LSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma, FSU, and more.

Getting to know brooks

BWI's Ryan Synder had a long conversation with incoming freshman linebacker Ellis Brooks (Richmond, VA). Brooks was one of the last commitments for Penn State in the 2017 class, and the four-star inside backer is pumped to start his career as a Nittany Lion.

Last week, 2018 quarterback commit Justin Fields (Kennesaw, GA) got a big rankings bump up to the No. 5 overall player in the 247Sports rankings. After watching Fields work out this week, Dawgs247's (UGA) Rusty Mansell quipped that Fields may not be finished with his ascent. That's the nation's No. 1 prospect, Trevor Lawrence, on the left.
