2019 Small Forward Justin McKoy Commits to Penn State

Penn State Basketball has found its third member of the recruiting class of 2019 with the commitment of small forward Justin McKoy. 

McKoy was offered by Pat Chambers back on July 14 and reportedly visited in August, according to Lions247.

McKoy also holds offers from Appalachian State, Campbell, College of Charleston, FIU, George Mason, Hampton, Hofstra, Kansas State, Lehigh, Louisiana Tech, McNeese State, Middle Tennessee State, Murray State, Saint Louis, and UNC Greensboro.

After the 2017-2018 season, he was named to the Raleigh News & Observer's All-Metro team.

According to 247Sports, his lead recruiter was Keith Urgo.

McKoy, Abdou Tsimbila and Patrick Kelly make up the 2019 recruiting class for now, though there are many other lines in the water for Pat Chambers and his staff.
