Penn State Moves Up To No. 22 in AP Poll

The Nittany Lions are rising in the polls once again. Penn State checks in at No. 22 in the this wee's AP Poll.

Penn State had another great week, dropping Indiana 64-49 at the Bryce Jordan Center and blasting Nebraska 76-64 in Lincoln. The Nittany Lions have now won four straight and have their best Kenpom ranking in program history at No. 16. They currently sit just one game back in the loss column of first place in the Big Ten.

In the midst of the winning streak, Lamar Stevens continued his assault on the program's all-time scoring record as well. Stevens became just the third Nittany Lion with over 2,000 career points, and is only 132 points from passing Jesse Arnelle for second place, and 207 points from passing Talor Battle for the top spot.

The Nittany Lions travel to East Lansing to take on the No. 16 Michigan State Spartans on Tuesday night before returning home to face Minnesota on Saturday.
