Penn State basketball released their latest roster update, with five new players officially joining the Nittany Lions this summer.

Binghamton transfer guard Sam Sessoms joins a trio of freshman in Caleb Dorsey, Dallion Johnson, and DJ Gordon. All three should battle for playing time early, while Sessoms sits out a year per NCAA transfer rules.

After a long process to clear up his eligibility, big man Adbou Tsimbila has finally made it to campus. The native of Cameroon will add some much-needed depth to Penn State's front court, and at 6'8/220 already has the size to make an impact on day one.

New additions

  • G Sam Sessoms (6'0/190) - No. 3
  • G Caleb Dorsey (6'7/200) - No. 11
  • G Dallion Johnson (6'3/175) - No. 22
  • G DJ Gordon (6'5/175) - No. 23
  • F Abdou Tsimbila - (6'8/220) - No. 30

The entire update roster can be found here.
