Saturday's game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Philadelphia Phillies at PNC Park will be a special "Penn State Night," and men's hoops head coach Micah Shrewsberry gets the honor of throwing out the ceremonial first pitch.
Shrews will take the mound around 6:40 p.m. ahead of the actual first pitch start time of 7:05 in this matchup between Pennsylvania's two MLB teams.

Given the Phillies' bullpen struggles this season -- they lead the league in blown saves -- if all goes well for Shrews when he throws out the first pitch, Philadelphia might consider giving him a call to join the team as a reliever.
That jab was probably a little unnecessary, but that bullpen has been historically bad for like three straight seasons and I couldn't pass up the opportunity.
Anyway, what do you think, will Micah Shrewsberry throw a strike?
