Penn State basketball's road trip to VCU has been cancelled because of a COVID-19 outbreak within the Nittany Lions program.

Per the tweet from the men's basketball official account, the game will not be rescheduled.

The Nittany Lions sit at 5-5 on the season, coming off of a loss at No. 12 Michigan State in their most recent game. If the COVID pause only lasts one game, the Lions will return to the floor for a home game against Quinnipiac next Wednesday.
