Jahan Dotson returns

In yesterday's update, Nick included quite a few visitors that RLR has confirmed will be in Happy Valley for this weekend's Blue-White game. Among those names was high four-star receiver Jahan Dotson. That is a name that is surely familiar to Nittany Lion fans, but it feels like quite some time since the native of Nazareth, Pa. was connected with Penn State. In fact, it has been about 14 months since Dotson last visited.

Sean Fitz of Lions247 breaks down Dotson's recruitment, and calls Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State the top schools, with a decision possibly coming this spring.

Very large human talks penn state

Offers continue to go out to a number of prospects, but one of the more intriguing ones is also the largest. Nick talked about Darrian Kinnard a bit in yesterday's FtF, and Greg Pickel caught up with the gigantic Ohioan, who called the Penn State offer "amazing".

On top of being a great player, and student, Kinnard gets the Lions' into one of the biggest football programs in Ohio, Cleveland St. Ignatius.

Anthony lytton cuts list

When it comes to star power among Penn State's 2018 targets, Anthony Lytton is near the top of the list. The high four-star CB from Upper Marlbro, Md. is the No. 2 player in the state, and No. 3 cornerback nationally. He is also considered a heavy Florida State lean after proclaiming the Seminoles his favorite a year ago. But, the Nittany Lions are at least in the conversation with the release of Lytton's top-five.

Another Top 2019 offer

Expect to be seeing more of this in the coming weeks with the spring evaluation period open. Today's addition to the "big names with offers from Penn State in 2019" is four-star Murfreesboro, Tn. defensive end Joseph Anderson. At this point, Anderson has only visited in-state Tennessee, but with an offer list that figures to grow over time we should get a better feel for favorites as he is able to see more schools.
