Like many top programs, Penn State's Class of 2019 recruiting is off to a slower than typical start. Things have started to pick up in recent weeks with the start of spring practice, culminating in what figures to be a huge weekend later this month for the annual Blue-White Game.
With high school juniors able to take spring official visits for the first time, plenty of top talent will be on hand for the annual culmination of spring practice. The talent doesn't get any bigger than five-star defensive end Zach Harrison (Lewis Center, OH).

Harrison, who lives just north of Columbus, is a heavy lean to the hometown Buckeyes, who own all 14 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions. However, he has not been a stranger in State College over the last year. This official visit will be the blue-chip prospect's fourth trip to Happy Valley in just over 13 months. The most recent came in October for the Nittany Lions' thumping of Michigan.
No official timeline has been set, but sources have indicated he would like to make a decision prior to his senior season this fall.
