The Nittany Lions have added one of the top offensive line prospects in the country, and one of their primary targets for the Class of 2019. New Jersey offensive guard Caedan Wallace has committed to Penn State.

Wallace has been arguably the top offensive line target for James Franklin and Matt Limegrover this cycle. The big guard earned his offer while on campus for Junior Day in 2017. That visit would be the start of what has become a great relationship between the staff and Wallace.

The Nittany Lions jumped on Wallace early as just the third program to offer. Plenty of other big names joined in over the following months with Oklahoma, Nebraska, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Michigan, LSU, and Stanford, among others, extending scholarship offers of their own.
The February 2017 visit was just the first of a number of trips to State College for Wallace. Counting this weekend's Blue-White trip, he has been on campus seven times over the past 14 months.
Wallace becomes Penn State's third 2019 commitment. He's likely to follow most recent Nittany Lion OL pledges and take a redshirt year in 2019.
