The next few weeks could help define Penn State's 2019 class headed into the summer, with yet another top defensive target ready to make his college decision. Four-star athlete (likely DB) Cam'Ron Kelly (Chesapeake, VA) will commit at his high school on June 8. Kelly joins fellow four-stars RB Devyn Ford, DT Antonio Alfano, LB Brandon Smith, and DB Tyler Rudolph as major marks declaring in the coming days and weeks.

Penn State's interest in Kelly netted the Virginia athlete an offer last May, following a visit for the 2017 Blue-White game. He returned to Happy Valley in September for the Georgia State game.
The Nittany Lions shot to the top of Kelly's list following his official visit over last month's Blue-White Weekend. Previously, Clemson and Virginia held spots in his 247Sports Crystal Ball. Kelly took two other official visits to Washington State and Oklahoma. Along with those two schools and Penn State, his top-eight consists of Notre Dame, Auburn, UVA, Clemson, and Ohio State.
