He may not be able to sign with any school for another 18 months, but five-star WR Julian Fleming (Catawissa, Pa.) has narrowed his list of schools. The elite prospect out of Southern Columbia High School has trimmed his list of suitors to six of the top programs in college football.

Fleming has been arguably Penn State's top target in the 2020 class for over a year. He earned his Nittany Lion offer in June of 2017 while attending a camp in State College just weeks after concluding his freshman year of high school. Including that visit, Fleming has spent five separate unofficial visits in Happy Valley.
He has quickly established himself as arguably the top receiver in the 2020 class, and a huge priority for James Franklin and the Penn State staff. All nine 247Sports Cyrstal Ball predictions favor the Nittany Lions. Alabama and former PSU coach Josh Gattis were thought to be the top competition for Fleming, but the Crimson Tide appear to have missed the cut.
There is no timeline for a decision from Fleming. With nearly a year and a half before any decision can be final, and virtually every program in the nation vying for his commitment, there is no reason to expect one to be coming anytime soon.
In his first two seasons at Southern Columbia, Fleming has amassed 2,418 yards on 105 catches, and an astounding 33 touchdowns.
