Kenny Sanders, Penn State's Assistant Director of Player Personnel, is heading to Eugene to become the Director of Recruiting for the Oregon Ducks, per his Twitter.
Sanders joined the staff back in 2014 after spending the previous five years working for the Baltimore Ravens scouting department.
Sanders operated mostly behind the scenes but he was a key part in Penn State's recruiting efforts throughout James Franklin's tenure. With Sanders on staff, the Nittany Lions were able to pull in six consecutive top-20 class, including three classes in the top-15.
He'll now lead the recruiting efforts for an Oregon program on the upswing after signing a top-10 class for 2019.
Best of luck, Kenny!
