In case you missed it
Penn State landed another commitment to their Class of 2020 when Keandre Lambert pledged to the Nittany Lions.
Lambert is the latest and probably the last true receiver in the 2020 Class joining Jaden Dottin, Parker Washington, Norval Black, and Malick Meiga. The group as a whole brings a tremendous blend of elite production and/or elite upside/athleticism.
Twists and Turns
The recruitment of Virginia offensive guard RJ Adams continues to be a doozy. Adams committed back in April. A summer offer from Alabama could've muddied things up but not much came from it. Then an official visit to Kentucky on September 13th must've been the final straw. With James Franklin's no-visit-while-committed policy, Adams was removed from Penn State's commit list on 247 but never made a public announcement himself until nearly two weeks later in an interview with 247's Brian Dohn.
Adams popped up on campus again already, making his way to State College on his own dime for the Purdue game. It's unclear what the next step is in this recruitment, but it's not common for a recruit to "decommit" then come back to campus within two weeks. Get strapped in.
Rest of the visitors
Adams wasn't the only stud on campus over the weekend. Penn State had quite the group on hand, particularly among offensive linemen. Along with Adams, the following made their way to campus.
- Top-50 overall, four-star 2021 defensive tackle Tywone Malone (Oradell, NJ)
- Four-star 2021 offensive guard Jager Burton (Lexington, KY)
- Three-star 2021 offensive guard Nate Bruce (Harrisburg, PA)
- Four-star 2021 offensive tackle Tristan Leigh (Fairfax, VA)

Shutting it down
In case anyone was worried, Penn State commit Keyvone Lee felt it was necessary to officially shut down his commitment and any possible flip rumors.
Yes my recruitment is shut down Im all in— Rolldatape (@KeyvoneL) October 3, 2019
The four-star running back is a great fit in this offense, as Noah Cain is showing. Lee is big-bodied and runs North-and-South. With any Florida recruitment, you never know how it could go, so it's good to see him really shutting things down.
