Evan Pryor Cuts His List
It is hard to find much fault with Penn State's running back recruiting under James Franklin. Evan Pryor, a four-star back from Charlotte, NC, could be the next in line. The high school junior has spent plenty of time in Happy Valley, and the Lions are firmly in the mix as he cut his list of suitors to 10.
Pryor was most recently on campus last month for the 28-21 White Out victory over Michigan, his first visit since February.
On his Thursday radio show in State College, James Franklin mentioned the staff had received a new commit, but due to NCAA rules, he could not divulge much more than that. He did share that we may get some clarity on the latest Nittany Lion recruit soon. Four-star TE Theo Johnson is set to announce a week from Monday, so it's possible that Franklin was referring to him, but it's hard to say for sure. It is anyone's guess where this might be going.
