Lions make top lists

Four-star 2021 offensive tackle Wyatt Milum has put the Nittany Lions in his top six along with Alabama, Kentucky, Notre Dame, Virginia Tech, and his hometown West Virginia Mountaineers.

The No. 84 player and fourteenth ranked-tackle in his class, Milum would be a huge get for a 2021 class that could land two other top-100 offensive line prospects with Landon Tengwall and Nolan Rucci. Milum has been on campus a handful of times since landing an offer late last summer, with his most recent visit being for Penn State's Whiteout win over Michigan.

Fellow four-star 2021 prospect Monkell Goodwine placed the Nittany Lions in his top eight schools, along with Alabama, LSU, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Maryland, Georgia, and Texas A&M. The eighth-ranked defensive end in the 2021 class, Goodwine picked up his Penn State offer back in January.

Juco commits Playing for National Title

Penn State commits Ji'Ayir Brown and Norval Black will be playing for the National Junior College Athletic Association National Championship next month when Lackawanna College takes on Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Black has been the Falcons' best receiving weapon all season, reeling in 20 catches for a team-high 552 yards and seven touchdowns, while Brown has been a force in the secondary, registering three interceptions and four pass breakups.

The Nittany Lions have built somewhat of a pipeline from Lackawanna Community College over recent years, with current players Ja'quan Brisker and Anthony Whigan being Falcon transfers.

Johnson pushes back his commitment date

Four-star 2020 tight end Theo Johnson has pushed back his commitment date. The No. 4 tight end in his class and Penn State's top remaining target, Johnson was supposed to announce this upcoming Sunday, exactly one month ahead of the National Signing Period. He was most recently on campus for the Whiteout last month. He will visit the Michigan Wolverines this weekend. A new commitment date has not been set.
