Penn State quarterback commit Drew Allar is heading to the Elite 11 Finals.
The Class of 2022 recruit will be among 20 of the nation's top quarterback prospects that will compete in Los Angeles June 30-July 3.
Allar, who committed to the Nittany Lions back in March, continues his rise up recruiting boards. He's currently the 11th-ranked quarterback in the 2022 class and the sixth-ranked overall player in the state of Ohio, according to 247Sports Composite.
After shining in last month's Elite 11 regional in Indianapolis, he becomes the 11th quarterback to receive an invite to the Finals, with nine more signal callers expected to receive invites in the coming days.
Three other Big Ten commits have also received invites thus far: Ohio State's Quinn Ewers (No. 1 QB), Gavin Wimsatt of Rutgers (No. 10 QB) and Maryland's AJ Swann (No. 37 QB). The finals will again be part of The Opening Finals in L.A., a collection of the best prospects from around the country.
