Fresh off a wildly successful early signing day for the 2022 class, James Franklin has secured a pledge from 2023 three-star offensive lineman Joshua Miller (Colonial Heights, VA).

Penn State offered Miller in June 2020, and he was a frequent visitor to State College in 2021. In addition to an elite-prospects camp in the summer, Miller visited unofficially for the Lasch Bash and the Illinois and Michigan games. He is the third offensive line commit in the class, highlighting the priority placed on the position by Franklin and OL Coach Phil Trautwein.
