The Lions will have to work hard to make the next cut for each of these players, but as always, being on the mind of the nation's top prospects is never a bad thing.
Duffy & SHELTON to IMG
One of the top remaining targets on the board in 2022 for Penn State is quarterback AJ Duffy. Though they already have a commitment from four-star Pennsylvania signal-caller Beau Pribula, the Lions could easily take two quarterbacks in the 2022 class. Duffy is already on record saying several positive things about the Nittany Lions, and is very much a realistic option for James Franklin and his staff. Previously, the biggest thing working against the two coming together was distance, as Duffy hails from California. However, a wrench has now been thrown into that situation.

Moving to IMG has positives and negatives as it relates to Penn State. On the one hand, it does bring him slightly closer to Happy Valley for a prospective visit. On the other hand, playing at IMG will bring him even more attention from the nation's top schools. The Lions also haven't had a ton of success recruiting IMG. Noah Cain played his final high school season at IMG and KJ Hamler was set to play his senior season for IMG before injuring himself. Only time will tell what sort of effect the move ends up having on Duffy.
Duffy will also have a Nittany Lion commit in his ear down in Florida. Four-star offensive tackle Drew Shelton, who committed to Penn State in September, announced he too will be heading to IMG for his senior season.

Dennis-Sutton Ready To Commit?
One of the nation's top defensive ends in the 2022 class, Dani Dennis-Sutton, is apparently ready to announce his verbal commitment. The blue-chip edge defender is one of the top-100 players in his class.
Commitment will be here soon .

Penn State has a lot of room on the depth chart for impact defensive ends like Dennis-Sutton and the roster would be much better off with him. James Franklin and his staff will surely be putting on the full-court press here.
And for the record, one of the vocal leaders of the 2022 class seems pretty confident.
You love to see it. https://t.co/YoJvbhjkaB

New Tape for King
2021 signee inside linebacker Kobe King released his new senior year highlight tape and it's quite enjoyable to watch. As always, his A+ instincts are on full display.
