Penn State will wrap up the 2017 home schedule on Saturday against Nebraska and honor another memorable group of seniors. The home finale will kickoff late in the afternoon on Fox Sports 1.

The two legendary programs have not met since November of 2013, when Nebraska won a 23-20 overtime thriller in Beaver Stadium. The Lions rallied to take the lead in the early fourth quarter, only to see the visitors tie the game up with a late field goal. After Sam Ficken missed in overtime, the Huskers hit a kick of their own to win the game.

Penn State is 7-9 all time against the Huskers, including four straight losses in the series and five losses in the last six meetings.

This year's edition, however, figures to heavily favor the Lions. Nebraska has struggled to a 4-6 record, and head coach Mike Riley is expected to be fired following the conclusion of the season. Meanwhile, Penn State has won 13 straight games in Beaver Stadium and is 19-1 at home dating back to the start of 2015.
