Saquon Barkley to Attend 2018 NFL Draft

The NFL invited 22 of college footballs most heralded prospects to attend the 2018 NFL Draft, and Saquon Barkely will be one of them. It marks the first time since 2015 when Donovan Smith attended that Penn State will have representation. The first round of the draft will be held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Thursday, April 26th. Rounds two and three will be Friday night and the remaining rounds will happen on Saturday.  

Though the draft will last throughout the weekend, it's widely assumed that Barkley's wait to hear his name will be short. Quarterbacks will be in high demand, as usual for the draft, but Barkely's talent is undeniable and has landed him among the top five in many mock drafts. Barkley will be one of three former Big Ten players at the draft along with Iowa's Josh Jackson (the player he hurdled at Iowa) and Ohio State's Denzel Ward.
