After having a drop-plagued start of the season, DeAndre Thompkins found some redemption with a diving grab in the end zone. Trace McSorley hit the streaking receiver from forty yards out.

It's Thompkins' second touchdown of the season, and first receiving. He returned a punt vs. Pitt in last week's 51-6 victory. It's McSorley's 31st straight game with a touchdown pass.

Penn State leads 7-0 early in the first quarter.
