After his breakout performance Friday night at Illinois, Penn State running back Miles Sanders was named Big Ten co-offensive player of the week. He shares the honor with Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins.

Sanders set a career high in rushing yards (200) and attempts (22) against the Fighting Illini. This is the first Big Ten offensive player of the week award for Sanders, and the first Nittany Lion to win the award since November of 2017, when Saquon Barkley took home the honor after the Nebraska victory.

Haskins led Ohio State to a 49-6 victory over Tulane with a 304 yard passing day that included five touchdowns.

Sanders and Haskins are key cogs in the two highest scoring offenses in all of college football. Penn State leads the nation with 55.5 points per game, while the Buckeyes are just behind with 54.5. These two players, along with their high octane offenses, figure to play a key part in Saturday's clash of top-10 programs in Beaver Stadium.

The festivities kick off at Old Main with College GameDay at 9 a.m., and kickoff shortly after 7:30 p.m.
