I hate the way Lewerke, No Diggity!

It felt like a loss early, but there was always a glimmer of hope. Penn State led 14-7 at the half after multiple mistakes, but a lead is a lead. After Michigan State tied the game at fourteen, it seemed inevitable that Penn State would lose even with the lead. It was a slow death, but it certainly happened as Penn State lost the game and the rightful claim to the Land-Grant Trophy. It's fine to be mad, because we all are.

I foolishly decided to take a dive into the toxic wasteland of James Franklin's Twitter mentions with a speedo on. Please proceed with caution.

Oh boy, it's one of those days. This one came through long before kickoff.

It's so beautiful.

Awe, so kind and possibly the last one we'll see.

The C.J. Thorpe unsportsmanlike conduct penalty was maybe the worst in a long list of bad mistakes.

This is coming from a man who makes a living on disciplined eating.

This is basically a scheduled tweet at this point.

Not even close.

I can't mask these with humor at this point.

The Doctor is rightfully mad.

The reality check has been delivered.

The Doctor is all over the great/elite quote from after Ohio State.

Take a friggin number Curtis!

Another 4th quarter loss has everyone ticked off.

Why did I ever start going through these mentions? AHHHHHHHHH!

Book 'em Dano.

I was just about to forget about that game ending interception, Dave!

This was bad. Left Oruwariye on an island versus their best (read: only) wide receiver. Game. Set. Season. Match.

Clemsoning was Clemsoning until it wasn't. Penn State has to get this monkey off their back.

Penn State is now a MLB closer with a 5.45 ERA.

Alright, I am fatigued. The bottom line is you have to start winning these games. Also, if you need to lose weight, I have your guy.

We've gone from happy to be in a bowl to are you kidding me with this bowl in quick time. It's fun when things are going Penn State's way, but if Twitter is to be believed,  this is the worst loss of the Franklin era. And while these mentions may be full of lunatics 98% of the time, they weren't too far off-base on Saturday.
