Graduation ceremonies were held across Penn State campuses this weekend, with 11 Nittany Lion football players taking part in the festivities. 10 players were awarded their undergraduate degrees, while Jan Johnson, who completed his undergrad in August, earned his Master's Degree. The graduating Nittany Lions are:

- Jonathan Holland
- Ryan Buchholz
- Nick Bowers
- John Petrishen
- Chris Welde
- Ayron Monroe
- Jason Vranic
- Frank Di Leo
Also earning their degrees this weekend were lettermen Quintus McDonald and Bill Belton.
McDonald came to Penn State in 1985 as one of the nation's top high school prospects. He was a member of the 1986 National Championship and would go on to be drafted by the Indianapolis Colts.
Bill Belton was a key piece in the Nittany Lions backfield from 2011-14. He ran for 1,652 yards and 14 touchdowns in his career, with his most memorable play being a walk-off touchdown in the fourth overtime to beat Michigan in 2013.
