Grad transfer wide receiver George Campbell will no longer finish his collegiate career at Penn State, per 247Sports' Sean Fitz.

The No. 19 overall player and third-ranked receiver in the class of 2015, Campbell committed to Florida State out of high school, picking the Seminoles over just about every other school you can imagine. Injuries plagued him during his time in Tallahassee, as he appeared in just 15 games over the past four seasons. Thus far, he's caught just nine balls for 164 yards and no touchdowns throughout his collegiate career.

With fellow grad transfer Weston Carr's arrival this weekend, walk-ons Dan Chisnea and Isaac Lutz being put on scholarship in the spring, and incoming freshmen John Dunmore and TJ Jones coming to campus next month, the Nittany Lions are expected to have 11 scholarship wide receivers on the roster. KJ Hamler and Jahan Dotson are looking to build off of impressive freshman seasons, while former five-star Justin Shorter is widely-projected to have a breakout year of his own.
