Saturday was Penn State day on the Big Ten Network. The network played classic Nittany Lion games and aired an enhanced version of the 2013 four overtime Michigan game with former players Allen Robinson, Christian Hackenberg, Sam Ficken and Bill Belton on hand to provide commentary. The Big Ten Network tour bus also visited practice, interviewed players, and coaches, and posted a whole host of videos recapping their time.

  • The crew has arrived.
  • The view and the combo are things Penn State fans are hoping for early and often in 2019.
  • Speaking of combos, this one could be a game-changer this season.
  • Once again, there are plenty of eyes on the offensive line this season. Their play is crucial to a successful year.

  • Brown is also one of the more intriguing players heading into the season. Everyone knows you can't tackle Journey with open arms or it's a highway run into the midnight sun.
  • The calling card for Penn State this season is their defense and the line will lead that charge.
  • Speaking of...

The crew offered their final thoughts.

The Big Ten Network has a way of hyping up every team on their tour, but regardless, this was a fun look at the team as the season nears. It was a memorable day on the network for Penn State fans and an interesting look at some of the younger players who will contribute to the success this season.
