ESPN's Chris Fowler seemingly announced he and Kirk Herbstreit will be on the call for Penn State's Whiteout matchup against Michigan next Saturday.

While nothing is official yet, we have no reason to doubt Fowler's claim. The potential top-15 matchup is one of the biggest games in the Big Ten this season and the Whiteout always draw national interest.

Fowler repeated the sentiment over on Instagram as well.

College Gameday is still yet to announce it's location for the week, but outside of Washington-Oregon, it appears to be an underwhelming slate.

Rumors have swirled that the game would be a noon kick as part of Fox's Big Noon Saturday. However, Fowler and Herbstreit almost exclusively call primetime games, so it looks like we may still have the night sky as the backdrop for this year's game.

The duo has called the past few Whiteout games, including the 42-13 drubbing of Michigan back in 2017.
