Chris Fowler spoiled the announcement on Sunday, but it is now official. Penn State will host Jim Harbaugh's Michigan Wolverines in a prime time showdown. The game will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. and air on ABC with Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit, and Maria Taylor on the call.

This will mark the second straight Saturday night game for the Nittany Lions. This weekend's visit to Iowa will be ABC's featured 7:30 game. This is also the second straight Penn State vs Michigan game in Happy Valley to get the prime time treatment. The Lions won the previous Beaver Stadium meeting 42-13.

Rumors has persisted since this summer that the annual White Out game would lose some of its luster with Fox carrying the game and slotting it into their Big Noon Saturday slot. Instead, Nittany Lion fans will once again have a chance to create one of the best and most intimidating environments in college football.
