Penn State's offense appears to be getting a key contributor back for tonight's prime time game vs. Iowa. After missing the Purdue game due to injury, wide receiver Justin Shorter is a full participant in warm ups, and figures to return to the lineup.

Shorter was knocked out of the Maryland game with a shot to the head in the first half, and did not return to the 59-0 thumping in College Park.

The former No. 1 receiver in the 2018 recruiting class missed most of his first year due to a number of injuries, appearing in just four games and preserving his redshirt. Now a starter, he has hauled in seven passes for just 81 yards through the four games he has played in this season.

The Nittany Lions and Hawkeyes kick off at 7:30 p.m. with ABC having the TV coverage.
