We're just one day into the college football offseason, but the folks in Las Vegas are already looking ahead to next season. SuperBookUSA has given the Nittany Lions 30/1 odds to win the 2020 National Championship, the highest odds they've been given since the 2017 season.

The Nittany Lions have the second-best title odds among Big Ten teams, trailing only Ohio State. It also appears Vegas may have finally pumped the breaks on eternal preseason playoff contender Michigan, with the Wolverines checking in behind the Nittany Lions. Wisconsin came in just behind Michigan at 60/1, Iowa behind them at 200/1, and Nebraska somehow found they way onto this list again at 300/1. The Lions' Week Two opponent, Virginia Tech, was also listed at 300/1.

Expectations are sky-high ahead of the 2020 season, with the Nittany Lions returning eight starters on offense and supplementing (as of right now) the five returning starters on defense with tons of young talent. Penn State will play six teams with 100/1 or better preseason odds during the regular season.
