This game has been an abject disaster for Penn State, but true freshman wide receiver Parker Washington has been impressive once again. Washington caught a 23-yard touchdown in the back right corner of the end zone to make it 35-13 Maryland (Penn State didn't score on the two-point conversion).
Washington now has five receptions for 57 yards and a touchdown in the game.
Penn State went for two after the score and Clifford was sacked. The Lions trail Maryland 35-13.
