Back in January, Penn State wide receiver Jahan Dotson announced he was returning for his senior season and immediately gave the Nittany Lions a boost. The Nittany Lions playmaker on the outside was named to the Biletnikoff Award Watch on Thursday. The award is presented to the top pass-catcher in the country at any position and is presented by Tallahassee Quarterback Club.
Dotson led the Big Ten in receiving yards with 884 on 52 catches in 2020. He was named to the Maxwell Award Watch List on Monday as his preseason hype continues to grow.
The Nittany Lions have had one player win the award - Bobby Engram who brought home the hardware in its first year in 1994.
