Penn State Moves Up to No. 12 in Coaches Poll

The Lions move up from No. 13 to No. 12 in the Coaches Poll on the heels of an impressive 44-13 win over defending MAC champions Ball State in Week Two. The Lions played a complete game in front of its fans in Beaver Stadium for the first time since 2019.

After falling to Oregon at home, Ohio State dropped from No. 3 to No. 11, just ahead of the Nittany Lions. Thanks to its win over rival Iowa State, Iowa is now the highest-ranked team in the Big Ten, sitting at No. 7. Wisconsin comes in at No. 17, and Michigan enters the top-25 at No. 25 after a smooth 2-0 start to the season.
