Penn State has hired Boise States Stacy Collins to replace Joe Lorig, who left for Oregon, as the program's new special teams coordinator. Collins will also coach outside linebackers and nickel cornerbacks.

Collins, who has spent his entire playing and coaching career west of the Mississippi, has been at the FCS and FBS level for over a decade. His Bronco unit blocked three punts and four kicks in and led the conference in punt return yardage in 2021.
Penn State's staff is now full, but more changes could come as the offseason progresses.
