No. 8 Penn State (13-6, 8-4) is set to restart its 2019-2020 season on Friday in Happy Valley with a two-game set against Niagara. When they do so, they'll be hitting the ice with two of the NCAA's top point producers in the country.

These stats date back to the tail end of the 2018-19 season, showing how well Nate Sucese and Alex Limoges have been able to carry over their success from the previous season to this one.

To date this season, Sucese has 24 points (8 goals, 16 assists) and Limoges has 20 points (7 goals, 13 assists). The Lions offense has been one of the most prolific in the country, leading the nation with 77 goals scored, and ranking third in goals per game (4.05).

If the Lions and their high-flying attack can continue to lay waste to every defense that stands in their way, they'll be in great shape to earn another NCAA Tournament berth. And if their 2019 seasons are any indication, Sucese and Limoges will continue to lead the way to playoff success.

The puck drops on Friday night between the Nittany Lions and Niagara at 7 p.m. ET at Pegula Ice Arena. The game will be available on BTN+. Game two will start at 6 p.m. ET on Saturday.
