Former Penn Stater Jason Nolf will be making a return to the mat representing Team USA at the Pan American Championships in March. Nolf will be wrestling at 79 kg and look to earn his first international medal competing for Team USA. Nolf will be joined by fellow Nittany Lion Wrestling Club teammate Kyle Snyder. Here is the remainder of the men's freestyle roster for Team USA:

  • 57 kg - Darian Cruz (Lehigh Valley Wrestling Club)
  • 61 kg - Tyler Graff (Titan Mercury Wrestling Club/New Jersey RTC)
  • 65 kg - Yianni Diakomihalis (Titan Mercury Wrestling Club/Finger Lakes Wrestling Club)
  • 70 kg - Anthony Ashnault (New Jersey RTC)
  • 74 kg - Jordan Burroughs (Sunkist Kids Wrestling Club/Nebraska RTC)
  • 79 kg - Jason Nolf (Nittany Lion Wrestling Club)
  • 86 kg - Pat Downey (Titan Mercury Wrestling Club/New Jersey RTC)

Nolf has not yet qualified for the 2020 Olympic Team Trials, but a gold medal at the Pan American Championships would clinch qualification for him. The three-time NCAA champion earned a silver medal at the 2019 Bill Farrell Invitational and finished second at the 2019 World Team Trials.
